How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for beauty products?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
Are Dashing Diva products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of the production process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Buy Now, Pay Later options like Klarna and Afterpay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You have a 60-minute window after placing your order to request a cancellation or address change before it enters our fulfillment cycle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
